Built On Points monthly retainer fee of $400. The retainer secures Built On Point’s availability and will be applied as a credit toward services rendered during the applicable month.
Labor shall be billed as follows:
The first four (4) hours of services in a given month shall be billed at a rate of $100 per hour.
Any additional hours beyond the initial four (4) hours shall be billed at a rate agreed by client and Built On Point.
If the total charges for services rendered in a month exceed the $400 retainer, Client shall pay the remaining balance. If the total charges are less than $400, Client shall still be responsible for payment of the full $400 retainer. Retainer fees are non-refundable and do not roll over to subsequent months.
